INCHES is now striving to provide Organized Healthcare delivery across India. Most Health Insurance companies have foreign collaboration but the Healthcare scenario in India is entirely different. All the processes that have been laid down and work with great efficiency abroad have to be suitably (and to a great degree) altered to suit Indian scenario. INCHES with a Board of Advisors comprising of senior consultants from most medical fields is already working towards a countrywide panel of Doctors and Hospitals who will be working within guidelines set by INCHES and/ or by the corporate body that wishes to lease the network.
To sum up, following are some of the activities we shall undertake:
- To plan a wide spread network of Healthcare Providers to meet the distinct needs of population all over OR in a given area.
- To build our network around one common base: the highest quality of providers available.
- To enhance the provider network with the best client and member servicing.
- Delivery of high quality, efficient and cost-effective medical care.
- Medical audit - We have a team of 25 doctors trained to perform Post Claim Scrutiny of Claim submitted for:
- Using Quality Control & Quality Assurance to improve Clinical Performance.
- Designing appropriateness protocols of various major surgeries and preventive checks.
- Quality management program to conduct various quality of care studies (eg, reviews outcomes, patient satisfaction).
- Monitor and coordinate care across the entire continuum.
- Encourage use of selected providers through physicians and patient incentives.
- Our own call centre 24/7 manned by paramedics.
- Continual update of panel doctors.
- Alternative medicine panels (Homoeopathy and Ayurveda), in long standing cases and where desired by consumers.
